Competitive Play

We field competitive teams in two of the area's most prestigious leagues – Harlington and Queensnorth. Our players showcase their skills, dedication, and team spirit in every game, making us a force to be reckoned with on the netball court. We play to win, but above all, we play to enjoy the thrill of the game and the camaraderie of our teammates.

Training Sessions

To ensure our game always remains sharp and competitive, we hold regular coached training sessions every Wednesday evening. These sessions provide our members with a chance to hone their skills, improve their fitness, and learn from our experienced coaching staff. We believe that learning and improvement are ongoing journeys, and we facilitate this through our weekly training sessions.

Our coached sessions are structured and purposeful, focused on enhancing individual skills like passing, shooting, and defending, along with team tactics and strategies. No matter your skill level or experience, our training provides an environment where everyone can learn, improve, and thrive.
