Everyone starts with a conversation. We’ll help you find the right Eagles session for your experience, ambitions and availability. Performance places are offered following coach assessment. Where a suitable session is full, we can offer a waiting-list place.

How joining works
Enquiry
Tell us about the player, their experience, goals and availability.
Club review
The club looks at your enquiry. Coaches decide which session suits; administrators check space.
Taster or assessment
Where appropriate, we invite the player to a taster or coach assessment.
Placement outcome
We let you know the outcome and the next step.
Registration and Spond
Once a place is confirmed, you register and the club invites you to the right Spond group.
Possible outcomes
Coaches decide which session suits; administrators confirm whether there is space. We’ll always tell you which of these applies.
A place is offered
If the right session has space, we offer you a place.
Waiting list for that session
If the right session is full, we offer a place on that session’s waiting list.
A development route first
If a performance group isn’t the right step yet, we offer a suitable development session where available, with coach feedback and a possible review later.
No suitable session right now
If we don’t currently have a suitable option, we’ll explain why and you can keep in touch with the club.
